We only accept returns on Slickthread garments in the event that you received a damaged product from our end. Please refer to size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes as products, once made, cannot be returned for size changes. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] with relevant imagery and information about your order, and we will process an exchange/refund immediately.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; otherwise, we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please refer to sizing charts for product sizing, as many Slickthread products are oversized and androgynous. Exchanges on size will not be facilitated once ordered. You can always contact us for more information or sizing inquiries at [email protected].
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your order number and details. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be shared with you so you are updated on the delivery status.
Products have different delivery times (stated on the product page). We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver as soon as possible. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit.
Shipping Pan India is free for you and on us.
There is a flat shipping fee attached to all international deliveries that can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order-related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.
